Organization Design & Effectiveness Director

The Organization Design & Effectiveness Director is responsible for creating and delivering programs to develop and engage associates and managers.

How you will make an impact:

• Leads organizational effectiveness projects to transform our current business environment into a high performing organization.
• Leads the design and implementation of individual/team based assessment tools.
• Creates organizational design approaches and partners with the business to implement optimal design structure.
• Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
• Manages vendor interaction including, issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work.

• Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 8-10 years of experience in organizational development/effectiveness training and development, process improvement and/or project management experience preferred; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
