Part-Time Data Entry & Invoicing - $21-$25/hr

Job Duties:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data in our accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Assist with processing invoices, handling payments, and ensuring timely entries and records.
• Maintain organized and complete records for financial transactions, receipts, and invoices.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Cross-reference invoices with purchase orders, to ensure all information is accurate
• Occasionally work with vendors on any outstanding invoices.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of data entry or accounting/finance experience
• HS Diploma - Post secondary education is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with repetitive, "heads down" work.
• Ability to multi-task and take on projects assigned from management.
• Ability to work within a small team office environment
• Experience working with any sort of ERP system is great. They use Hubspot as their main CRM.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $21-$25/hr (Depending on experience)
• Schedule: Part-time Monday-Friday - 10 AM-2 PM (Can be flexible with schedule if needed) -20-25 hours/week
• Type: Temporary (1-3 months) could go longer or turn permanent depending on business needs
• Location: In-Office
