Senior Accounting Consultant (Part Time)

We are assisting a client in their search for a Senior Accounting Consultant to join their team. The team consists of educators and engineers with extensive experience in education, all dedicated to project-based learning. They create engaging and memorable experiences that promote learning, enjoyment, and inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the business model and develop a chart of accounts that supports effective reporting and analysis.
• Create templates and guidelines for evaluating the ROI of new programs and initiatives.
• Develop projections and reporting for balance sheets, and cash flow, including budget vs. actual comparisons.
• Generate projections and scenarios for potential expansion into new territories, modeling various scaling strategies (e.g., franchising, owned centers, licensing).
• Formulate financial projections and investment rationales for potential investors.
• Identify opportunities for cost management.
• Coach the leadership team on sound financial practices.

Qualifications:

• Fundraising experience is a plus
• QuickBooks experience
