Patent Executive Legal Assistant

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Patent Legal Assistant to join a national law firm! This position is in office 3 days a week, 2 days remote, operate off a 35-hour work week, full benefits, and paying between to $80K-$100K+

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• Must have at minimum 5+ years of Patent experience out of a law firm
• This role will be supporting the partner with the largest book of business in the practice group
• Assist with US and foreign patent prosecution filings by fulfilling executive assistant duties
• Produce documents and meet requirements of the patent prosecution process, using the firm standard word processing and other applicable software
• Draft and complete documents / paperwork supporting patent prosecution by accurately and promptly completing necessary forms, documentation and other administrative tasks
• Assist attorneys by providing executive level administrative assistance through the performance of complex secretarial and clerical duties including:
• meeting planning and coordination
• client communication, and scheduling, etc
