Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that provides services to children, adults & families. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.
The Performance & Engagement Director will support the development of a full cycle performance management process and the execution and management of the organizational engagement survey and listening strategies that incorporates touchpoints through surveys, engagement, onboarding, exit and ad-hoc pulses at key milestones in the employee lifecycle.
This Director will develop efficient practices, strategies, and systems for collecting performance data that maximize employee performance, engagement, retention, and succession planning and talent assessments. This role will also define and track engagement metrics that support the performance of the organization and ensure that critical roles are defined.
This Director has experience and knowledge in survey measurement and design, HR analytics, people science , and engagement. This individual has an attention for detail coupled with savvy consulting and project management skills and will draw insights from survey results that can be shared with business leaders. They will consult on survey best practices and will own the ongoing day-to-day support for Human Resource Business Partners and leaders. This role will be very detailed and data oriented and requires the manipulation of large volumes of data.
