Job Summary:

A leading provider of school-based related services in southeastern PA, is actively seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to work 5 days per week with school age children for the 2024-25 school year. Experience in the school setting and specialized classrooms preferred; however, our experienced management team and clinical resources can help support your

transition into school-based practice!

Through our Clinical Fieldwork Program and various service projects, we maintain strong relationships with regional universities and community groups.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Provide direct therapy to students from preschool to grade 12.
• Consult with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation and maximize the student's potential.
• Fulfill documentation requirements, including data collection, progress updates for marking periods, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies.
• Attend IEP meetings as recommended.
• Travel required throughout the school day.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy educational program
• Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License
• Passion for working with children and a clear dedication to helping them maximize their potential
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Exceptional desire to learn and grow as a collaborative member of the team
• Required background clearances must be completed within one year of the start date unless otherwise indicated
