SUMMARY

Are you a student looking to strengthen your business acumen and expand your knowledge with practical hands-on experience? We have a unique opportunity for you as a Program Management Intern at Rehrig Pacific Company. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the business helping to accelerate the development of quality products that deliver value to our customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the PMO in the management of projects and programs that support our strategic initiatives and drive value to our customers.

Develop project plans according to the project scope and requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of Rehrig Pacific. This includes defining project objectives, identifying necessary resources, and outlining timelines and milestones to track progress effectively.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and other tools in accordance with PMO processes.

• Drive clarity for project teams to achieve success and remove roadblocks where applicable.

• Contribute to the creation and improvement of project management discipline and tools.

• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Exposure to project management practices

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner both orally and written

• Eagerness to learn and self-motivated

• Possess good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Team collaborator

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

• Preferred masters degree stude
