As a Product Owner - Smart claims, you will:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner specializing in Smart Claims Engine (SCE) to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of claims management solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring seamless and efficient claims processing that aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key responsibilities:

Product Leadership:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Smart Claims Engine (SCE).
Align product features and priorities with stakeholder needs, compliance requirements, and market trends.
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine requirements related to claims processing.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Claims Process Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of claims management workflows to identify and implement process improvements.
Design and configure SCE features to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in claims adjudication.
System Integration:
Oversee the integration of SCE with other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and interoperability.
Collaborate with technical teams to design APIs, data exchange mechanisms, and seamless system workflows.
Quality Assurance:
Define and validate acceptance criteria for SCE-related features to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support to ensure product reliability and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership to provide updates and gather feedback.
Conduct product demos and training sessions for stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
Implement enhancements to improve claims processing efficiency and user satisfaction.

Education Skills:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipeline management.
Knowledge of healthcare analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and containerization technologies like Docker.

Required Skills:

Smart Claims Engine (SCE) Expertise:
Proven experience in configuring and optimizing the Smart Claims Engine (SCE) for healthcare or insurance claims processing.
Deep understanding of claims adjudication workflows, rules, and industry standards.
Product Ownership Skills:
Experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
Proficiency in creating user stories, managing product backlogs, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Technical Acumen:
Familiarity with integration protocols like APIs and standards such as EDI, HL7, or FHIR.
Knowledge of claims data structures and relational databases.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of payer systems, claims processing regulations, and compliance standards such as HIPAA.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: 112,000 $ - 131,500 $ Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
