Production / Inventory Coordinator B

Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Support the flow of production by processing and moving materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations.
• Monitor work in process and update automated systems to ensure parts availability.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with parts and materials using established procedures.
• Expedite and coordinate production activities to prevent schedule delays, working under close supervision.
• Use manual and automated reporting methods to communicate status of parts and materials.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient in computer usage and inventory control systems.
• Experience in forklift operations, materials handling, and management.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand/walk regularly throughout the day, and navigate occasional stairs.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety practices, and teamwork.
