Salary: $105,000.00 USD Annually - $141,000.00 USD Annually
Description: PRODUCTION MANAGER

*** Must have experience with Slitting/Coils Process***

***Experience in the metal processing or manufacturing industry is essential***

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of 30 - 50 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  

Operational Oversight:

• Manage and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and achieve production goals.
  

Technical Expertise:

• Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and repair of all production equipment and machinery.
  
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  
• Ensure all equipment and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
  

Quality Control and Safety:

• Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  
• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  
• Address and resolve any safety issues or hazards promptly.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the metals manufacturing industry or a related field.
  
• Strong technical background in equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
  
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
