Program Coordinator, Foundational Community Supports

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the Seattle office. You must be within 50 miles of this location.

HOURS: General business hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of external client facing programs that best meet the business needs.

This role supports the Foundational Community Supports program which is a statewide program offering eligible Medicaid enrollees supportive housing and supportive employment services.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Builds and maintains the business program plans and schedules, contributes to ensuring business deliverables are met, assist in documentation and project status tracing.
  • Monitor activities to ensure the external client facing program objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.
  • Additional responsibilities include; scheduling, conducting and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives, assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices.
  • Complies complex data and able to assist in preparing and delivering presentations as required.
  • Day-to-day tasks include sending letters, doing authorizations, interfacing with providers, managing phone lines and email inbox, making referrals, reports and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years experience in health care, or 2 years of related program experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working with the Medicaid population is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish skills are extremely helpful.
  • Previous customer service phone experience is preferred.
  • You should be computer proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel, and have the ability to easily learn new systems.
  • The person stepping into this role must bring a strong customer service focus, be detail-oriented, flexible with work priorities, and have strong communication skills.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $28.36 - $42.54 per hour.
