JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a strategic role directly supporting a Senior Director Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the leader on departmental strategy, setting goals, and developing action plans.
- Project Management: Overseeing critical projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the leaders vision.
- Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact, managing internal and external communications.
- Meeting & Information Management: Preparing agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings; managing the information flow.
- Decision Support: Providing research, analysis, and recommendations to on key decisions.
- Team Coordination: Facilitating communication and collaboration between other departments or stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Taking on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the leader.
- Culture Carrier: Reinforcing the vision, values, and culture within the organization.
Idea Candidate shall have:
- Proven track record in project management, ideally within telecom industry.
- Experience leading software development, engineering projects, or similar technical initiatives
- Deep understanding on technical concepts, project lifecycles, and common industry methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in Developing and executing strategic plans. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to high-level decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem solver, able to anticipate challenges and implement solutions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills as the role manages multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
- Meticulous attention to detail is a must for handling sensitive information, preparing reports, and managing the Director's schedule.
- Adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
