Key Responsibilities:
• Role will involve understanding business requirements, ability to translate & implement solutions in a scalable and consistent way using applicable tools and processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements, work with various levels of business and Engineering/ Data Science/Analytics stakeholders to create innovative design solutions.
• Ability to help drive execution across all phases of projects in connecting engineering with Architecture, Partner & Product teams.
• Manage project/program level communications both between and across stakeholders.
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams
• Lead analytics projects that will enable insights and data democratization.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects & measurable KPIs are documented.
Basic Requirements:
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities - you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
• Experience working with internet technologies, or the payments industry is desirable
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers and an ability to explore and structure customers' insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with ability to interface and build relations at all levels
