Program Manager Quality and Wellness🔍School of Medicine, Stanford, California, United States📁Administration📅Dec 10, 2024 Post Date📅105421 Requisition #Stanford University's Department of Medicine is seeking a Program Manager for Quality and Wellness (Administrative Services Administrator 2), to lead and administer the Improvement Capability Development Program (ICDP), Quality and Wellness programs under minimal supervision.The Department of Medicine consists of 15 divisions, both clinical and research, with a total consolidated budget of $550M across all units. Reporting to Dr. Paul Heidenreich, Vice Chair, Quality, this role will function as Lead Administrator for the ICDP, Wellness and Quality Program with an expected budget of $14 million dollars this fiscal year. The administrator will have to manage wellness and quality improvement programs for 14 Divisions, several programs, centers and over 700 Faculty. The successful candidate will have experience managing team members as well as moving projects along while hitting milestones, staying within scope and budget and working in a matrixed organization.This is a hybrid role which requires the successful candidate to work from the Stanford Medical school campus 2-3 days per week with the option of working from a non-Stanford work site, such as home, the remaining days of the week.Duties include:
