Looking for a project accountant who has 5 years or more experience managing set projects from start to finish. Typical duties include: Invoiceing, Collections, WIP updates, Progress Billing, Billing for multiple projects high volume.
Budgeting: Creating a project budget and timeline
Financial forecasting: Estimating how much money a project will need and generate
Tracking progress: Monitoring project progress and reporting on it regularly
Managing expenses: Approving expenses, reviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring payments are collected
Analyzing financial health: Providing financial data to help guide business decisions
Preparing reports: Preparing expenditure reports and final report summaries
