Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a company in Carrollton to hire a Project Manager. This role oversees the administrative and technical management of construction projects, including contract administration, document control, procurement, scheduling, and quality control. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams, owners, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while achieving client satisfaction. This position offers an annual base salary plus bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure compliance with owner contracts.
- Manage the development of master project schedules and quality control programs.
- Identify critical project issues and milestones.
- Collaborate with the Preconstruction Department to review budgets and scopes.
- Oversee and manage project budgets, including forecasting additional costs.
- Ensure safety measures are integrated into job planning and execution.
- Develop GMP or Lump Sum Contracts and manage related documentation.
- Prepare subcontractor and owner change orders, as well as monthly owner requisitions.
- Assess subcontractors' financial capabilities and ensure contractual requirements are met prior to mobilization.
- Conduct regular reviews of job cost reports and develop look-ahead schedules.
- Manage the project's quality control program and overall assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- At least five years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Expedition, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documents.
