Position: Project Manager, GTM & Product Operations

Department: Project Management, OXO

Work Location: New York, NY, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.

What you will be doing:

The Project Manager, Go-to-Market & Product Operations will support new product launches for OXO Product Development Teams in the following ways :

  • Track NPD Milestones - Track product development project timeline from kickoff to shipping and coordinate high-quality product launches by ensuring PD, Brand, Sales, Supply, Demand and Ops are giving and receiving the right inputs at the right times during the product development timeline.
  • Effective Cross-Functional Communication - Keep Global partners involved in new product launches up to date on project status, priorities, and launch strategies. Conversely, ensure partners are communicating feedback to other functions effectively.
  • Better Schedule Quality - Compare actual product development timelines against plans. Work with PD team to document project updates and challenges in a central location for continued reference. Present data to team leaders so that they may isolate common bottlenecks and other factors that affect product development timelines.
  • Sample and Asset Coordination - With launch partners, build alignment on the assets needed to launch each product successfully in all Global markets. Identify when demand for physical assets exceeds supply and connect teams to manage expectations and next steps.
  • Process Refinements - Continuously refine approach when new information is received and/or gaps are identified.


Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Extremely organized and possesses an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of industrial design, product development, consumer product manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet


In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $72,395.66 - 108,593.49 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
