RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 2 in Redmond, WA.Typical Day in the Role:- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is education, workforce development, human services, affordable housing, external relations, public and social policy
- Key projects: This role will contribute to team administrative support, calendars, meeting support, correspondence with internal and external partners
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of strong understanding of the Puget Sound community, has had prior experience with executive level support, is able to manage documents, assist with coordinating, scheduling, and preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Managing Senior Director schedule and providing scheduling support for their team members, requiring excellent customer service skills as the scheduling work is often with civic leaders external to the company
- Providing administrative level support for external partners, nonprofits and community groups which includes general correspondence, grant/invoice tracking, problem-solving, task management and follow up, event planning support, etc.
- Project Manager will be coordinating support for nonprofits that need access to company-related tools or information (logos, program resources, technology resources, etc.)
- Managing team's expense reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience/interest in philanthropy and community engagement
- Experience with executive level admin - communication, coordination, support
- Knowledge about the Puget Sound region - nonprofits, government, community-based organizations
- Experience with Microsoft products Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, PPT, and CoPilot
- Skills with online grants management tools such as Benevity
- Calendar management skills
- Organization and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
