Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection, with the minimum in-office commitment being 1-3 days in an office per week.

Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.

Responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the implementation, auditing for payment innovation programs .

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Contracts and provides support for assigned provider contracts in commercial, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Manage and oversee the value based program intake process for all programs within the state.
• Obtains and analyzes financial performance quality metrics and reports to providers on the impact to performance.
• Support and facilitates value based JOCs (Joint Operating Committee meetings) for assigned provider contracts.
• Develops and maintains contact database and disseminates communications to providers as necessary.
• Aggregate and analyze provider data from various sources to recommend and implement solutions to assist with provider collaboration activities.
• Collaborates with provider contractors and network relations reps to meet provider service needs.
• Encourages providers to act on patient outreach opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree a minimum of 5 years' experience in data base maintenance related to health care; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

• Provider environment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of value based contracting methods.
• Understanding of Medicare STARS.
• Project planning experience.
• Excellent communication skills in a provider facing role.
