IDR is seeking a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to join one of our top clients in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time, remote position offering competitive pay and benefits. This position's hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Provider Enrollment Coordinator:
  • Coordinate the timely enrollment of new providers (physicians and AHP) and ongoing maintenance of existing providers with contracted payers.
  • Manage provider enrollment for our commercial and government (Medicare and Medicaid) professional fee payer contracts for the entire market, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up with managed care organizations and government payers to ensure timely enrollment completion.
  • Participate in enrollment progress update meetings for assigned market and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed notes on enrollment progress in the provider enrollment database and distribute to relevant department representatives and credentialing administrators.
Required Skills for the Provider Enrollment Coordinator:
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong typing and keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • A high level of professionalism with a strong work ethic and a commitment to client/patient satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations and experience handling privacy laws and access to/release of information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation Details: 20-22/hr
