About the Role

The Receptionist will be the main point of contact with external vendors, suppliers, and customers; assuring that our safety and visitor protocols are followed each time to maintain a safe working environment.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Greet all guests and callers in a professional and courteous manner ensuring that the initial impression is pleasant and in accordance with our core values.
• Ensure the quality of internal customer services offered, in addition to a maintaining acceptable response time
• Participate in the shipping and receiving for the Rogers Center of Excellence, including signing for all special deliveries, including checks, as well as USPS, FedEx and UPS.
• Transfer callers to the appropriate resource to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform office administrative responsibilities
• Perform data entry and scanning

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 Years office, receptionist and/or customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in customer service and administrative processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• High level of professionalism and courtesy
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
