WHO WE NEED:
We are seeking exceptional strategic and analytic problem-solvers to join our team in the newly created role of a Regional Strategy & Analysis Partner [RSAP]. This role will be a key contributor to a region's success by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities at the individual hospitals and markets within an assigned region.
This new team will report centrally to the Solutions & Insights (S&I) team, but serve as trusted partners to the Regional Vice President (RVP), Market Owners (MOs) and Hospital Leaders who lead VEG's operation in a specific region. RSAPs will be in the day-to-day information flow of the Region and will put into practice a variety of strategic and analytic capabilities to support the biggest priorities in each region with a significant focus on strategic growth initiatives. They will drive projects holistically from assessment through action planning (when needed), proactively identifying opportunities, and being responsive to critical needs of regional leaders.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, high EQ, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success.
