Join Our Agribusiness Lending Team as a Relationship Specialist!

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Relationship Specialist to provide portfolio management and support to our lending personnel. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan processes and maintaining high standards of customer service. The position is open in any of our four offices located in Milton, Marianna, Tallahassee, and Monticello.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and organize the loan process from application to closing.
• Maintain a designated portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and government regulations.
• Manage the collections process.
• Assist with the Portfolio Quality Review process, ensuring accurate loan input and payment processing.
• Provide all data and analysis requested from the loan portfolio as needed.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain a proactive working knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and administrative orders to ensure loan documentation meets credit administrative requirements.
• Perform various other functions related to daily operations.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Minimum of two to four years' experience in an administrative support role.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
• Works well under pressure.
• Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy.
• Superior communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate degree in a business-related field.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $46,000 - $56,300.
• Up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K.
• Full benefits package.
