Duties: Applicant responsibilities will include cognitive testing of patients and health seniors, preliminary statistical analyses, database management and participation in studies that relate cognition to imaging and biofluids. A significant amount of testing will occur in the research subject's home. This position will provide a strong foundation for individuals interested in graduate or medical school.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Linguistics, Biology, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering or related fields and 0 to 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Past experience working in similar lab setting is highly desirable. Experience with statistical analyses and neuropsychological assessment is preferred. The candidate must be able to work independently and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle is necessary. Must pass Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Act (also known as Act 73) background checks, within 30-90 days of employment.
