Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating meetings.Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between sales representatives and clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding sales inquiries and updates.Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on promptly.Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client specifications.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attributes: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
