Job Summary:
The Lead Account Representative will be a subject matter expert in the field of onsite employer services with an emphasis on wellness, prevention and population health. This individual will be responsible for following the sales process and meeting the goals as identified by the Employer Services leadership team. This individual will typically be responsible for all large group employers of 250 and above assisting and interacting on an ongoing basis to develop meaningful relationships that serve the needs of their customers. Travel is required. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Seven years of direct sales experience of health related products/services is required
Seven to ten years in direct sales of health related products/services, marketing/community relations experience is preferred.
Experience working at a healthcare organization is preferred.
Health, wellness, health insurance industry and/or occupational medicine experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration is required.
Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field may be considered.
Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or health care related field is preferred.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Documented sales training and education beyond undergraduate degree.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Demonstrates evidence of leadership, group facilitation, integrity, initiative and written and verbal communication skills.
Skills in planning, organizing, financial analysis and budgeting.
Recognized industry leader demonstrated through Board presence, organizational membership, and presenter at the local and national level.
Employment experience and demonstrated knowledge of sales tracking and management software (Salesforce).
