Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a background in packaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of packaging materials and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry.
• Provide expert advice on packaging solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
