As an entry-level Sales Representative, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience. You'll work closely with our Territory Managers and directly assist customers to meet their needs, learning valuable skills and gaining experience that will set you on a path to career growth. We offer training, mentorship, and plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to generate quotes and address inquiries on Westmor product lines
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and create quotes and estimates
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling calls and inquiries with a focus on an exceptional customer experience
  • Keep internal and external customers informed on order and quote statuses
  • Accurately process orders and communicate customer requirements effectively
  • Help update and publish annual standard pricing
  • Assist with managing parts inventory and processing customer product/part warranties
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the team
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Growth opportunities include, but are not limited to, Sales Territory Manager, Outside Sales Representative

  • Self-motivation: Able to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
