Schedule Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, including resource and cost information.
• Apply work breakdown structure (WBS) requirements and ensure schedules align with project execution plans.
• Create visual aids such as Gantt charts, activity network diagrams, and time-scaled logic diagrams.
• Conduct critical path and float path analysis and assess project performance using earned value management.
• Perform schedule updates, revisions, and maintenance in Primavera (P6).
• Prepare and analyze Time Impact Analysis (TIA) to mitigate schedule risks and delays.
• Monitor progress measurement and develop/update progress curves for reporting.
• Support change order preparation and dispute resolution through detailed time and schedule analysis.
• Manage information integration from engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain the master schedule.
• Generate detailed reports for various audiences, including critical path analysis, resource histograms, and project performance summaries.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure project scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an asset.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics, technical documents, and complex project requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze construction drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and manage project controls.
• Experience with 4D BIM tools (Synchro, Navisworks) is a plus.

• Familiarity with dispute resolution processes and change order analysis.
• Advanced technical and mathematical skills.
