In This Role, You Will:

• Report to the Accounting Manager and Controller
• Oversee month-end close tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling cash accounts, and handling inter-company entries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Prepare month-end financial close processes (including journal entries) and financial statements/management reports for multiple companies
• Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents
• Assist in internal/external audits of financial and operational processes
• Preparation of sales tax returns

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics required
• Minimum of 7 years' experience
• Proven Experience as an Advanced User - Microsoft Excel including pivots and v-lookups
• NetSuite
