Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious client in Connecticut. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail. The Senior Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various administrative and office activities, providing vital support to staff and faculty.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates administrative, program, and office activities.
- Serves as the principal source of information to staff.
- Prepares, proofreads and edits contracts and other confidential documents.
- Compiles, synthesizes, and manipulates data. Summarizes findings and writes reports or portions of reports.
- Greets visitors in a professional manner
- Handles all incoming phone calls and transfers to appropriate personnel.
- Screens and responds to mail in a timely manner
- Composes correspondence, takes minutes
- Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments, coordinates all travel arrangements
- Performs additional functions incidental to office activities.
Requirements:Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/weekly
Additional Details:Max Pay: $30.29 per hour
