Senior Associate, Multimedia

Job Description:

We seek a skilled and creative videographer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will focus on producing high-quality video, motion graphics, and photography content to support our brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, motion graphics, and photography. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content for internal communications, social media, and campaigns, ensuring all deliverables align with and support our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the HITT brand by creating compelling visual stories through video, motion graphics, and photography content, engaging both internal and external audiences across multiple platforms.
  
• Capture high-quality b-roll footage using cinema-grade cameras (e.g., Canon R5C), often on construction sites or other field environments.
  
• Conduct professional interviews on-site or in-studio.
  
• Capture event and headshot photography.
  
• Manage video production timelines by coordinating shoot schedules, balancing talent availability and location logistics, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard for smooth production processes.
  
• Oversee and maintain an extensive library of project and headshot photography, ensuring content is well-organized and accessible.
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative video solutions that align with marketing and business goals.
  

• Bachelor's degree in digital film/Video Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  
• 3-5 years of professional video production and photography experience in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, motion graphics, and photography, with a focus on high-quality b-roll, professional interviews, and attention to image, lighting, and sound.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop creative projects that meet business and marketing objectives.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate schedules, and meet deadlines.
  
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional content.
  
• Knowledge of industry rates, procedures for booking freelance talent, and a strong network of industry contacts.
  
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
  
• Certified drone operator (FAA Part 107) is a plus.
