The Senior Director, Global Process Owner (GPO) - HR Technology Operations (HRIS) is responsible for end-to-end, day-to-day HR technology support and governance processes in a global HR Operations and Shared Services environment. This role ensures best-in-class support services are delivered to all countries, platforms, and associates, leveraging key HR technology platform and process expertise.

This position is part of the Corporate HR Operations & Shared Services organization and will be located Remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Define and communicate a clear vision and strategic plan for a global HR technology (HRIS) operating model across the Danaher enterprise
  • Develop and translate strategy into overall HR technology (HRIS) process key deliverables, operational goals, objectives, and process roadmap.
  • Partner with HRIT on the execution of a global HR technology (HRIS) strategy for an end-to-end support process including associated policies, technologies, and vendors.
  • Reinforce and demonstrate the value the company derives from greater focus, governance, and commitment around global applications, process consistency and priorities.
  • Develop and review end to end process performance and provide ongoing governance for process adoption.
  • Develop and operationalize applicable reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of end-to-end process using external benchmarking as appropriate to compare with best-in-class performers.
  • Partner with HRIT to influence the standardization, integration, and automation of HR technology platforms, processes and information management
  • Drive continuous improvement of the HR technology platforms and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency, including accountability for their successful implementation and change management.
  • Create a prioritized, metric-driven pipeline of process related improvements and opportunities.
  • Develop governance, controls and SLA/KPI framework for HR technology business operations, data operations, and governance operations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field of study. Master's degree in an applicable field is preferred.
  • Must have relevant experience in HR technology platform support and process management in a Shared Services operating environment as well as thorough understanding and subject matter expertise of HR technology automation including manager/employee self-service, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) of the associated HR systems
  • Must have subject matter expertise in global Workday HCM management - including platform implementation, ServiceNow case management and workflow automation, and integrated platform vendors (ADP, Fidelity, Alight, etc.) daily management interface support
  • Must have experience with the development and implementation of HR technology platform governance and protocols - including a thorough understanding of GDPR
  • Must be a self-starter with solid understanding of HR corporate processes
  • Must be process-driven, data -driven, excellent organization, communication (oral and written), collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have global leadership experience, including knowledge and experience in multi-region management with the ability to adapt leadership style to influence different situations and people.

The salary range for this role is 228800 - 270000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
