Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Field Marketing and Contractor Programs to lead our field marketing and contractor programs teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand for our products and services in the field, as well as managing our contractor programs to support our business.

Responsiblities

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive demand for our products and services, working closely with the sales team and national marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute successful campaigns across a range of channels, including events, promotions, email, social media, and more.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth and develop marketing plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, national marketing, and customer success, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Manage our contractor programs, including recruiting and onboarding contractors, managing their performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contractors and vendors to ensure we have access to the best talent and resources in the industry.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of our contractor programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in field marketing, contractor management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand for products and services in a field setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign performance metrics to improve ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing contractor programs, including recruiting, onboarding, and managing performance.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to contractor management.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
