What you'll do...

The Sr Manager - Last Mile Trip Planning is responsible for leading initiatives to support Walmart's last mile trip planning strategy and execution. This exciting opportunity will lead strategic programs to improve batching efficiency across multiple fulfillment channels. This role will also utilize analytics to monitor current and new program success. This leader will partner closely with store operations, last mile delivery business, data science, product and technology teams.

• You possess the ability to assume end-to-end ownership and autonomously lead cross-functional partners in executing strategic, high-visibility projects.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate at the level of detail depending on the audience.
  

• You have experience in Last Mile operations, particularly related to routing/trip planning and execution
  

• You can leverage analytics to make decisions, influence partners, and move the business forward
  

• You have a strong track record of delivering operations program through diligent project management
  

• You have worked with product and tech organizations on behalf of operations to ensure the product meets the desired intent and need of the business
  

• You understand how to scale systems and operations for annual high-volume events

• Improving the Last Mile batch density, cost, quality, and customer / driver experience metrics through improved trip planning
  

• Prioritizing, influencing and deploying improvements in technology for Last Mile Planning
  

• Thinking strategically about the future of batching and routing to incorporate Walmart strategic programs at lowest cost and best experience
  

• Seamlessly plan, prepare and execute Last Mile Trip Planning operations for Walmart Annual Events

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
