We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Program Director to drive and successfully deliver complex, strategic programs across our vast global organization. This role is critical to driving the success of JAS Worldwide's key business objectives, particularly in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business transformation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive key business objectives. Manage high-impact programs, including M&A integrations, business transformation, systems/digitalization, top customer implementations, and organizational assessments, ensuring alignment with JAS Worldwide's goals.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Ensure clear communication and alignment of program objectives across all stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and decision-making.
• Program Communications: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of program status, milestones, risks, and changes. Ensure communications are clear, consistent, and tailored to different audiences, including senior management and end-users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across IT, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs. Drive communication and cooperation across departments, products, and geographies.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track, adapting quickly to changes as needed.
Budget & Financial Management: Oversee program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and take corrective actions to ensure programs stay within budget.
Change Management: Lead the change management process to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational structures. Provide guidance and support to teams through transitions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Drive process automation and improvements, operational efficiency, and effectiveness across all projects. Ensure that programs are executed with precision, discipline, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including human capital and material assets, to ensure teams have the tools and support needed to achieve objectives.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including security, user access, and certification.

Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs within a global organization, preferably in logistics or related industries.
Project Management Expertise: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification with proven experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in Operations, Finance, and Customer-focused processes, with a proven ability to apply this understanding to drive program success.
• Logistics Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and related IT systems (e.g., Workday, CargoWise1) is highly desirable.
Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives, build consensus, and drive decision-making.
Program Communication Skills: Ability to develop and deliver effective communication strategies, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Budget & Financial Management: Proven experience in managing program budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Risk & Issue Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities, with a knack for navigating complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
Global Perspective: Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, geographies, and business units.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring that all aspects of program delivery are thoroughly planned, executed, and monitored.
