The Senior Strategy Consultant in Earthmoving Division within Caterpillar will support Medium Wheel Loaders (MWL) technology leadership position through execution of the technology New Technology Introduction and New Product Introduction Multi-Generational Project Plan solutions that unlock improvements in Safety, Efficiency, and Productivity for our customers. You will drive technology solution sets adoption of value-added services throughout the product lifecycle to enable our growth plans.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the MWL Lifecycle Manager to achieve sales target and drive profitability across the MWL portfolio.
• This position will manage a portfolio of dealer-installed kits and technology solutions to assist dealers and customers with equipping machines for their intended application.
• The role will gather voice of customer, voice of dealer, and voice of business related to technology and productivity needs.
• Support Go-to-Market activities for New Product Introductions and support field population for technology and productivity kits, managing kit stocking forecast, and update MWL Rigout Catalog.

• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers to support the success of the product line.
• Strategic Thinking: ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. Implements the group's go-to-market strategy.
• Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Top Candidates Will Have:

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a worldwide team in multiple organizations and functions to drive results
• Familiarity with Earthmoving Medium Wheel Leader Products
• Experience supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers across the product lifecycle (initial purchase and after the point of sale)
• Ability to think strategically to develop long term solutions by using lean methods

Additional Details:

• Location: Peoria, IL

• Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in office work.

• Travel: Up to 20% (domestic and international)

Summary Pay Range:
$123,480.00 - $185,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
