RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is looking for a Senior UX Content Writer for a remote, contract opportunity.Overview:The Senior UX Content Writer will support the client's genAI efforts and will play a critical role in shaping and delivering user-centric experiences through well-crafted and engaging content. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the voice, tone, and messaging of our digital products, ensuring consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints. Their expertise in writing for user experience, combined with a deep understanding of AI technology, will enable them to create compelling and intuitive content that enhances the overall user journey.Responsibilities:
  • Senior UX Content Writer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, and translate them into clear and concise content
  • Write, edit, and maintain UX content for a variety of digital interfaces, including websites, mobile apps, chatbots, and voice-enabled experiences
  • Craft user-centered content that communicates complex ideas and concepts in a simple, intuitive, and persuasive manner
  • As a Senior UX Content Writer, you will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on content solutions based on user feedback
  • Ensure consistency and coherence of voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content strategies and guidelines that align with business objectives and brand standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX writing, content design, and AI technologies, and apply them to enhance our digital experiences


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX writing, content strategy, or related roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered content across various digital platforms
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, and conversational UI is highly desirable
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices and ability to create inclusive content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
