What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in the HVAC industry and ideally, be familiar with Navien products. They will possess technical sales ability and are experienced at creating, articulating, and presenting at the executive level. Must be a person of high integrity. Candidates must also be able to work closely with members of the sales force to define and develop a coordinated sales strategy that will evolve as necessary. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure situations. This role requires active pursuit of contractors and dealers in the marketplace to create Navien product demand. In addition, the Southern California HVAC Sales Manager must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful and enthusiastic about sales and continued growth.
