Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Software Engineer:

  • Designs, develops, and supports complex systems and applications across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring integration and impact across technical environments.
  • Leads troubleshooting efforts for escalated support issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing temporary fixes until permanent solutions are applied.
  • Oversees technical evaluations, coaches engineers, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives, ensuring software systems meet performance, availability, and reliability standards using Agile development processes.

Required Skills for the Software Engineer:
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting SaaS integrations as a Software Engineer
  • Professional experience utilizing .Net, Java and HTML/CSS for web development
  • Knowledge of Azure and database technology (SQL)
  • Must have CRM experience – They’re using Verint, but open to similar tools
