Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $82.00 USD Hourly
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Consultant for a contingent resource assignment. The ideal candidate will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. This role involves reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. The consultant will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are key aspects of this role.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations.
• Ensure deliverables meet compliance requirements and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 4-6 years of experience with ReactJS.
• 2-4 years of experience with Agile Project Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• 2-4 years of experience with Cloud Architecture.
• 4-6 years of coding experience.
• 2-4 years of experience with Full Stack Java.
• 2-4 years of experience with Java, J2EE, SQL, Oracle.
• 2-4 years of experience with MQ, KAFKA.
• 2-4 years of experience with Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, XML, JSON, RESTful services.
• 1-2 years of experience in Technical Leadership & Mentoring.
• 2-4 years of experience with Unit Testing.
