The Role

We are seeking a passionate and responsible candidate to join our Solution Consulting Team. In this role You will be responsible for tailored presentations and discovery session with customers to ensure they can realize the full potential of our products. You will lead the delivering exceptional demos, facilitating discovery sessions, validating solutions, supporting product releases, and representing our company at conferences and industry events.

• Demos & Presentations: Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging product demos tailored to prospective clients' needs, highlighting the value of our solutions.
  
• Discovery & Validation: Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges and validate solutions that meet their requirements.
  
• Product Support: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams during product releases, ensuring alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
  
• Conference Representation: Act as a key representative at industry conferences and events, showcasing our solutions and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
  
• Strategy Development: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and drive solution adoption.
  
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our solutions.

Education, Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in scientific or technical field
  
• 8+ years of experiences in commercial, build or delivery of clinical studies technology
  
• Proven experience in a solution consulting or similar role within the SaaS industry.
  
• Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  
• Experience with product launches and participation in industry conferences is a plus.
  
• Experience in Digital Health with a solid understanding of healthcare
  
• Passion for patients and customers, representing the needs of both in decision making
  
• Continuous Improvement mindset with experience to understand how to take a pragmatic approach

• Clinical Software SolCon experience
  
• Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
  
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
  
• Experience driving customer engagements in support of commercial activities
  
• Familiarity with the latest research and thinking in the Digital Health space
