Job Title: Senior Epic Application Analyst and Developer Contractor

Job Description:

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Epic Application Analyst and Developer Contractor to support the Epic Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart scheduling system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis, gather requirements, and document technical specifications for application changes.
• Design, configure, and implement enhancements and modifications to Epic Cadence and Epic Referral applications to align with organizational strategic goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and analysts on system development and implementation processes.
• Serve as a primary application contact for IT Business Partners and other IT departments.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Epic Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart scheduling systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team
