Duration: 6-month contract

Telecommute: Remote work is allowed. Must be flexible and able to provide daily support during California (Pacific Time) work hours (8 AM to 5 PM), with a requirement to support team efforts after hours for maintenance and testing/validation tasks as needed.

Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hyland OnBase Administrator to join their healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hyland OnBase Version 22.1 and a strong background in managing and optimizing OnBase solutions within a virtualized infrastructure environment. This role requires expertise in Comm Wrapper to API conversion, Doc Pop, Front Office Scanning, and ROI (Release of Information) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and maintain the Hyland OnBase system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Version 22.1 Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of OnBase Version 22.1 to implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot the system.
• Comm Wrapper to API Conversion: Lead and execute the conversion of Comm Wrapper to API, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Doc Pop Management: Oversee the configuration and management of Doc Pop to enhance document processing and retrieval.
• Front Office Scanning: Implement and support front office scanning solutions to streamline document capture and workflow.
• ROI Processes: Manage and optimize the Release of Information (ROI) processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Virtualized Infrastructure: Administer OnBase within a virtualized infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of OnBase solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, healthcare staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of OnBase solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an OnBase Administrator, with specific experience in Version 22.1.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Hyland OnBase Version 22.1.
  • Experience with Comm Wrapper (required), experience with Comm Wrapper to API conversion (desired).
  • Strong knowledge of OnBase Doc Pop, Front Office Scanning, ROI - Release of Information, Scan Sweeps, Fax Sweeps, Manual and Automatic Indexing, Autofill, Using External SQL Scripts with AutoFill, Creating and Editing Workflows, Hyland Office Broker, Document Packaging, and Provider Signature and Annotation on Images.
  • Expertise in managing OnBase within a virtualized infrastructure environment, including virtual servers, virtual storage, and networking.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance requirements.
• Soft Skills:
