Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Project Management Coordinator
1. Must have strong document management skills within CDOCS
2. Must have experience in training programs *LMS experience is nice to have*-- maintaining, developing, scheduling

3. Also should procurement experience preferably within My Buy

4. Person should also have strong reporting skills

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while collaborating to solve issues and drive continuous improvements
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept in communicating key business information
• • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
• • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• • Knowledge of Smartsheet programs
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• In this vital role under general direction, this position as a Senior Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for administering and coordinating key activities centered within the Facilities and Engineering
