Position Overview:
This position is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the Sales Enablement team by providing essential tools, resources, and training. Collaborates with Sales Enablement Business Partners, sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive sales performance and enhance client engagement. Aligns cross-functional efforts, optimizes sales processes, and ensures the sales team is equipped to meet and exceed business objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Defines the goals and objectives of the sales enablement project. Conducts thorough needs assessments to identify specific challenges or opportunities the project aims to address. Determines the scope of the project, including identifying the target audience (e.g., sales representatives, sales managers) and effectively allocating available resources to maximize impact.
  • Develops a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, key milestones, realistic timelines, and clear responsibilities. Utilizes project management tools and methodologies to ensure all elements are accounted for and integrated seamlessly, facilitating smooth execution and progress tracking.
  • Establishes a project schedule and allocates resources effectively. Breaks the project down into manageable stages, implementing a phased approach to enhance control, monitoring, and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and agencies to ideate, develop, and produce high-quality, creative sales content. This includes creating compelling pitch decks, battle cards, and other sales enablement materials that resonate with target audiences and drive sales outcomes.
  • Regularly reviews, updates and repurposes existing content to ensure align with current strategies and branding guidelines. Ensures all content remains relevant, up-to-date, and impactful, maximizing its effectiveness in various sales scenarios.
  • Designs comprehensive training programs, including onboarding checklists to ensure consistent and effective training across target audiences.
  • Identifies and addresses training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales strategies.
  • Provides continuous training on best practices for Salesforce and other critical tools, ensuring the sales team is equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration. finance, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, sales enablement creation and/or sales training, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement strategy and the ability to execute effective tactics.
  • Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with experience in multiple tools and methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving multiple teams and/or stakeholders.
  • Business and financial services literacy experience with the ability to translate the information to sales enablement initiatives and educate groups on how the two intersect.
  • Ability to lead and influence others in project settings.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to define situations, document data, and draw well-supported conclusions.
  • Time management capabilities with capacity to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication.
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business.
  • Valid driver's license.
