RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team in Mansfield, MA. This client is a leading consumer goods company. They have a great culture and value their employees. This client is working in a hybrid schedule, 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remote.Duties:- Staff Accountant will process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Handle month-end close
- Asist with internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local financial regulations and reporting requirements
- As a Staff Accountant, you will conduct financial analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Maintain organized financial records
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field
- 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software Excel & Microsoft Office applications required
- Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
