Summary

Manages the design, development, and delivering of Carelon Health clinical analytics and reporting services for both internal and external clients.

Position Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for analytics targeting strategy for all programs, including development of analytical targeting tools and business rules.
• Manages clinical analytics for new ventures and a broad internal team of stakeholders assigned to support the implementation and ongoing management of clinical analytics and reporting.
• Works with new business arrangements to ensure that reporting capabilities meet current and future business needs accurately and timely.
• Promotes the importance of the advanced analytics and leverages analytical insights to enhance business results.
• Ensures that analysis and support are provided to Carelon Health clients. Responsible for leadership of analytical support for all Carelon Health clinical programs and performance related to operations as a provider entity.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

Position Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience to include working with and managing outsourced service arrangements; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

Masters degree preferred
