Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 base salary, plus vehicle allowance, insurance coverage plans, and a 401(k).

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience leading medium to large scale projects from the ground-up. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of quality construction that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on medium to large scale commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license.
