- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with a General Contractor (GC) and 5 years as a Superintendent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Education: A technical, 4-year college degree is preferred. This could be in engineering, architecture, or construction management from an accredited program.
- Certification: OSHA 30 Certification is required.
- Experience in Healthcare: Must have experience working in healthcare projects, performing various disciplines of work.
- Safety Management: Strong supervisory experience in managing safety, ensuring a clean and safe project site at all times.
